
General Rental Location
1. Purpose
These General Rental Terms and Conditions (GTC) are intended to define the terms and conditions under which Utopia provides luxury furniture rentals to its clients.
2. Lessor Identification
Utopia, a [legal form], registered with the Trade and Companies Register of [City] under number [number], with its registered office at [Full address], offers a high-end furniture rental service.
3. Rental Period
The rental period is specified in the contract. It begins on the delivery date and ends on the agreed return date.
4. Order and Payment

The client must take out insurance covering risks of damage, theft, or loss of the furniture. Utopia cannot be held liable for damages caused by improper use.
9. Withdrawal and Cancellation
